"Model data is indicating the possibility of post frontal precipitation across northern Oklahoma Friday afternoon and early evening," Crone said.

"Other showers and storms may also form behind the front across northeastern Oklahoma including the Tulsa metro by early afternoon."

High temperatures will be around the noon hour with colder temps seen overnight and on Saturday.

The main activity will be seen along and east of a line from Miami to Pryor and Muskogee to western Arkansas. There may be some hail and wind gusts of up to 60 mph, Crone said.
