TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police officers arrested a Tulsa man early Wednesday morning for public intoxication and burglary following an incident in the 3700 block of West 4th.
Police say the victim told officers, 39-year-old James Schwartz had broken the windows out of his truck parked in front of his home and had also attempted to kick in the front door of his home.
Schwartz was taken to the Tulsa County jail.
