TULSA, Oklahoma – Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting that left one man shot in the buttocks Tuesday night.
The shooting happened just before 9 p.m. near North 32nd West Avenue.
Police Captain Karen Tipler said the victim, a 22-year-old man whose name has not been released, was shot in the left buttock.
The victim told officers a female had picked him up and drove to her house. When they arrived at the home, he said two black males, one armed with an assault rifle and the other handgun, confronted him.
The victim got into the vehicle with the pair, but jumped from the car and was shot once as he was running away.
Police said the car and the two men left the area before officers arrived.
