BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -- Police say a driver was taken to a Broken Arrow hospital late Monday after she pulled her vehicle into oncoming traffic.
The crash happened at 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of state Highway 51 and Louisville in Broken Arrow.
According to Broken Arrow Police, the driver failed to yield at a stop sign. Her vehicle was hit by a pickup truck traveling east on Highway 51.
The driver of the pickup wasn't hurt.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police believe alcohol may have played a part in the accident.
