City Of Tulsa To Allow Grace Period For Utility Bills In Wake Of Snow Storm

TULSA, Oklahoma -- The City of Tulsa is extending due dates for utility bills because of the record-setting snow storm earlier this month.

That's because mail service was disrupted, both for customers getting bills and mailing in payments.
