FRESNO, California -- A 52-year-old Oklahoma man faces more than 20 years in federal prison following his guilty plea Monday to a charge of sending an explosive device in the mail.

Vernon Mustin of Spiro entered his plea at the federal courthouse in Fresno, California.

Mustin was arrested in October 2009 after an explosive device was mailed to Mustin's brother who operated an air conditioner business in California.

The federal judge in the case set the sentencing date for May 2, 2011.
