TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police arrested one man after a knife fight at Four Aces Tavern, 11035 E. 41st Street overnight Sunday. Two people were stabbed in the fight that witnesses say started when 24-year-old Christopher Allen Cantero flirted with another man's wife.
The husband confronted Cantero, and a fight broke out. Police say two members of the band playing at the bar tried to break up the fight. During the scuffle, Cantero pulled out a knife and cut two men. A 29-year-old victim was cut on the left hand, and a 39-year-old was stabbed in the back.
Cantero ran from the bar but was caught by a Tulsa police officer who had stopped a car for a traffic violation near the stabbing scene. Cantero ran from the officer and fought being taken into custody but was arrested, according to Tulsa police.
Witnesses at the bar identified him as the stabbing suspect. Cantero was booked into David L. Moss Jail on two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a police officer. As of Sunday morning, he was being held on a $31,000 bond.
