TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police have released the identity of a man found shot to death in the parking lot of an east Tulsa restaurant on Wednesday, February 9, 2011.
Police officers were dispatched to the scene in the 2100 block of South Garnett Road and found a 25-year-old Hispanic male dead from a single gunshot wound to the upper torso.

The victim is Miguel Angel Morales-Perez of Tulsa.
They say Moreales-Perez was sitting in a green Chevrolet Impala with two Hispanic men when he got out and entered a gray four-door car.
Witnesses told police they heard a gunshot and then saw Morales being pushed out of the second car onto the ground.
Police detectives believe the shooting was the result of a drug dispute.
Officers are looking for a person of interest in the case, Rigoberto Cano. He is described as 28, 5'8" and 180 pounds.
They would also like to talk to a man they say goes by the name Compa Compa.
