Police were called to the El 7 Marez at 21st and Garnett, after witnesses reported hearing a shot and seeing a man pushed out of a car in the parking lot.
He was dead when police arrived.
Tulsa Police Detective Demita Kinard said a witness reported that two cars, a green Impala and a gray Buick, pulled into the parking lot just before the shooting.
Police say the victim got out of the Impala and into the Buick, where he was shot.
A witness told police the man was pushed out of the back passenger seat of the Buick, and both cars left the scene.
