Broken Arrow Snow Plow Rolls Over, Spills Load Of Sand

BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -- The driver of a city of Broken Arrow snow plow had to be taken to a hospital to be checked out after his truck rolled onto its side early Wednesday morning. 

Police say the truck was traveling north on 129^th East Avenue when the blade caught something in the road, pulling the truck to the left. 

One of the front wheels went off the roadway and as the driver was trying to re-enter 101st Street South, the truck rolled onto its side. 

Police say the truck was carrying a full load of sand at the time of the crash.
