TULSA, Oklahoma -- An argument between two men led to a fatal shooting in north Tulsa Saturday morning.
A man in his 50's was shoveling snow in the 1100 block of Main Street around 11:30 a.m. when he was shot and killed, Tulsa police say.
Police allege the triggerman was 31-year-old Marke Hayes. Hayes shot one round from a .45 caliber handgun.
The suspect was taken into custody a few blocks away from the shooting.
Investigators say Hayes and victim knew each other and lived on the same street. Police say Hayes has a prior felony conviction.
Witnesses say the two may have been fighting over the snow shovel, but police have not confirmed the motive behind the shooting.
