OSBI Still Investigating Okmulgee County Fatal Shooting

OKMULGEE COUNTY, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation expects to finish its report into the shooting death of Bobby Warner and give it to the Okmulgee County district attorney within the next two weeks.

Warner was shot and killed at his rural home in eastern Okmulgee County on January 13, 2011.

OSBI spokesperson Jessica Brown says investigators have finished their interviews and are working on a report to send to the district attorney's office.

She says the DA will then decide if anyone will be charged in the case.
