TULSA, Oklahoma -- It's Packers versus Steelers in Super Bowl 45 and while the teams strategize a way to win, many of us are planning parties.
If you're looking for a super snack to serve there's an award-winning recipe that's sure to tempt your taste buds. It's Karen Fisher's "Cajun Kick" Chex Mix.
The News On 6 learned about it last fall when she entered a recipe contest. Well, on Tuesday, Karen learned she won.

"This is so easy that you are going to make it," Karen told News On 6 reporter Rick Wells.
Karen Fisher is regular on recipe websites, so when General Mills was looking for contestant in the Chex Mix Challenge, they contacted her.
"I got an email about General Mills having a Chex Mix contest," she said. "I thought it would be fun."
She followed her son's suggestion to add some Cajun seasoning and make it spicy.
It's simple. All you do is add wheat, rice and corn chex in a bowl, along with pretzels and mixed nuts. Then mix together half a cup of olive oil, some Cajun spice and a little hot sauce and drizzle it over the mix.
After mixing it up, stick it in the microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.
Rick Wells, News On 6: "So if somebody calls and says we're coming over?"
Karen Fisher: "15 minutes you got Chex mix."
