TULSA, Oklahoma -- The suspect in Saturday's MidFirst Bank robbery was arrested Monday morning.

William David Cook, 51, is suspected of robbing the MidFirst branch at 71st and memorial Saturday morning.

A partial tag number from a Chrysler 300 seen leaving the bank was called into police which led them to Cook's home near 101st Street and Sheridan.

The arrest came after detectives staked out the address and noticed a suspect matching the description from the robbery video get into a car parked next to the Chrysler 300.

Patrol officers then stopped Cook and arrested him on one count of armed robbery of a financial institution.

The FBI assisted in the investigation.
