TULSA,.Oklahoma -- A 22-year-old Tulsa woman is in jail on a complaint of kidnapping for extortion following an incident Saturday evening.

According to a Tulsa Police arrest report, officers arrested Jessica Hardy after getting a report that Hardy forced another woman into her car and then used a gun to demand $700 for the woman's freedom.

The report says Hardy then called the victim's mother and demanded $700.

Police say Hardy then drove the woman to a remote area where she stripped searched the victim.

Police say she also attempted to bribe the victim into not talking with police.

When Hardy took the victim to Hardy's home on South Urbana, Tulsa Police officers were waiting and arrested her.
