Tulsa Man Arrested In Connection With December Homicide

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 26-year-old Tulsa man is in jail following his arrest in the beating and death of a man in December 2010.

The victim, Randy Pickrell died December 28, 2010 from injuries he received in a beating on December 13, 2010.

Tulsa Police arrested Marcus Davis Tuesday evening on a warrant for second degree murder.

Pickrell was found unconscious and badly beaten and remained in a coma until his death.

Tulsa Police say Davis and Pickrell had fought over a woman.

Davis remains in the Tulsa County jail on a $500,000 bond. He is scheduled for court on January 13, 2011.
