TULSA, Oklahoma – The unemployment rate in Tulsa County fell during the month of November, the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission said Tuesday.

According to the commission's report, the unemployment rate in Tulsa County was 7.3 percent. That's a slight dip from 7.5 percent in October, but higher than the unemployment rate from the same time a year ago, which was 6.9 percent.

McCurtain County had the highest unemployment rate, at 10.6 percent. Beaver County had the state's lowest unemployment rate, at 3.6 percent.
