TULSA, Oklahoma -- A very cold blast from the Arctic is headed to most of Oklahoma and expected to arrive sometime Saturday morning and hang around through the middle of next week.
Oklahomans will notice the change when the winds switch from the south to the north Saturday morning and pick up speed.
"That means temperatures will be falling during the afternoon hours and if you are headed to the Tulsa Christmas Parade we expect the air temperature to be in the low to mid 30s with wind chill values in the 20s," News On 6 Meteorologist Dick Faurot said.
