Tulsa Man Has Seizure And Dies During Kansas City Bar Fight

KANSAS CITY, Missouri -- Kansas City Police say a Tulsa man is dead and a dozen other people are being questioned, after a fight at a restaurant early Thursday morning.

Kansas City police said the incident occurred at the Kona Grill.

Police say three men were fighting when one of them, identified as Doug Tipton of Tulsa, suffered a seizure.

Police said Tipton was taken to a Kansas City hospital where he died.

One person has been taken into custody in connection with the fight, according to police.

Investigators said they aren't connecting the fight to Tipton's seizure, but are calling Tipton's death suspicious.
