Crews Battle Grass Fire In Rogers County

ROGERS COUNTY, Oklahoma -- Numerous Roger County agencies battled a large grass fire near Foyil.

The fire was located on the east side of Oologah Lake near 4180 and 370 Roads in Rogers County.

There are houses in the general area of the fire, with flames reportedly taller than 20-feet at one point.

A number of rural Rogers County fire departments, including a forestry helicopter, were called out to battle the blaze.
