Virginia Abduction Suspect Arrested At Home In Muskogee

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- Muskogee Police have arrested a 60-year-old man wanted out of Virginia for abducting and assaulting a woman and her 13-year-old daughter on November 28, 2010. 

Police arrested Donald Barone Tuesday evening, November 30, 2010 at a Muskogee home. 

The New Kent Sheriff's Office in Virginia says Barone is accused of abducting the two women, tying them up and then beating them with either a hammer or pipe. 

He was last seen in a black 2001 Nissan Maxima.  The car turned up Tuesday evening in Muskogee where it was spotted by police.
