Oklahoma's Lt. Governor, Attorney General Goes To Republicans

Republican Todd Lamb has been elected as Oklahoma's new Lieutenant Governor, and Republican Scott Pruitt has been elected Oklahoma's Attorney General.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Republican Todd Lamb has been elected as Oklahoma's new Lieutenant Governor, and Republican Scott Pruitt has been elected Oklahoma's Attorney General.

Lamb defeated democrat Kenneth Corn, while Pruitt won over Democrat Jim Priest, according to the Associated Press.

Results of the mid-term elections for a few of the other major races are as follows:

Treasurer: Republican Ken Miller has been elected State Treasure. He defeated Democrat Stephen Covert.

Commissioner of Labor: Republican Mark Costello has been elected Commissioner of Labor. He defeated Democrat Lloyd Fields.

State Auditor: Republican Gary Jones has been re-elected State Auditor and Inspector. He defeated Democrat Steve Burrage.

Superintendent of Public Instruction: Republican Janet Barresi has been elected Superintendent of Public Instruction. She defeated Democrat Susan Paddack and Independent Richard Cooper.

Insurance Commissioner: Republican John Doak has been re-elected Insurance Commissioner. He defeated Democrat Kim Holland.
