TULSA, Oklahoma -- A new business venture in downtown Tulsa vows to make wedding plans a one-stop shopping experience.

In four weeks, the Bridal Boutiques Wedding Mall will open its doors at 5th and Cheyenne in Tulsa at the Executive Center.

Six wedding vendors have said "I do" to joining the Bridal Boutiques Wedding Mall.

"There's going to be two more that we are talking to. I believe we'll have eight by the bridal fair season of January when most of the engagements happen," said Marketing Director Clay Clarke.

The wedding mall will combine wedding services into one place.

"Epic Photography that will be in here," Clarke said. "You have DJ Connection that will be in here, you have Galaxy Limousines and the plan is we're working with Omni Lighting to light up this facility on the exterior."

The vendors love the convenience the wedding mall offers.

"It just gives brides that opportunity instead of driving all over town every day looking for different vendors. They can come to one place and they have the top of the line vendors here," said Josh Atkinson, Cherished Traditions Videography.

And with iconic buildings nearby, the location is an added bonus.

"You can come here and we can go, 'Oh, The Mayo is over there, let us walk you to The Mayo and we usually do this, this and this.' and we'll show you pictures," said Jessica Elliott, Omni Lighting.

"Where we normally do engagement shoots is like two blocks that way, so we can just run right down there. It's going to be awesome!" Cody Aldrich, Epic Photography, said.

Organizers claim the boutiques will bring about 100 part and full-time jobs to Tulsa. Vendors are already planning future hires.

"We employ 22 people and I would hope to be able to get that up to about 45 eventually probably here in the next three years," said Jason Bailey, DJ Connection.

The Bridal Boutiques and the $40 billion wedding industry hope to be a match made in heaven.

The Bridal Boutiques Wedding Mall is part of Kanbar Properties new vision for downtown development in 2011. Kanbar will show off its new vision this Thursday, November 4, 2010.
