Early Voting For November 2nd General Election Begins Friday

UNDATED -- Early voting starts Friday morning for the November 2, 2010 general election in Oklahoma.

Voters wishing to cast early in-person absentee ballots may do so at their election board offices from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday for the general election, according to the Oklahoma State Election Board.

Sample ballots are available at all Oklahoma election board offices during normal office hours for voters wanting a preview.

The Oklahoma Election Board provides a list of election board offices in every county.

Under state law, in-person absentee voters must fill out and sign an application form when they arrive to vote.

If you want to wait until Tuesday, November 2, 2010, Oklahoma polling locations will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
