Woman Injured In Collision With Semi On Tulsa Street

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A woman was taken to the hospital after crashing into a semi early Thursday morning.

It happened around 2 a.m. near Admiral and Yale in Tulsa.

Officers say a semi was heading east on Admiral when the driver noticed a car driving the opposite direction crossing the center line. The driver of the semi swerved onto the sidewalk to avoid a crash but the woman hit the back wheel of the trailer.

She was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

No word if alcohol was involved in the accident.
