TULSA, Oklahoma -- Cash and stock worth almost $300,000 was claimed over the 10 days of the Tulsa State Fair, say officials from the Oklahoma Treasure's Office.
The State Treasurer set up a Pot of Gold booth to help fairgoers search for unclaimed property.
Unclaimed property includes bank accounts, security deposits, old paychecks, overpayments, royalties, rebates, stocks and bonds.
The largest pay out during the fair was to an Owasso woman for $88,000 in stock.
You can search for unclaimed property anytime at the Oklahoma Treasurer's Office Website.
