BA School Children Ride Fire Truck for Winning Poster Designs

Broken Arrow, OK---BA's Fire Department has picked the winning posters designed by 3rd graders during Fire Prevention Week.

'This year's theme is Smoke Alarms, a Sound You Can Live With,' said Fire Marshall Paul Thompson, 'each school has a winner, our 3rd grade poster winner gets picked up by a fire truck and we give them a ride to school.'

Meg Black's winning poster got her a ride this Tuesday to Spring Creek Elementary, where here classmates were jealously waiting.

'It was really cool,' said Meg.
