UNDATED – Eleven state questions will be on the ballot this November.
The group's on both sides of State Question 744 are spending big bucks on advertising. The measure would force the state to raise education spending to the regional average.
The "Yes on 744" campaign put out a new commercial this week. Noticeably absent from the new ad are any references to the University of Oklahoma or Oklahoma State University. The colleges teamed up to demand an older ad be taken off the air, saying as state universities, they couldn't take a side on the issue.
