'Horned' Tulsa Man Jesse Thornhill's Preliminary Hearing Postponed

TULSA, OK -- A preliminary hearing for Tulsa's Jesse Thornhill has been rescheduled for September 17, 2010. 

Thornhill is accused of assault with a dangerous weapon stemming from an incident on July 13, 2010, when he allegedly tried to run over his landlord with his car. Thornhill pleaded not guilty to the charge, saying his landlord is a good friend, and he was just driving from the scene of an argument.

The 28-year-old Thornhill's mugshot gained worldwide attention for his body art and "horned" implants.
