TULSA, OK -- An employee at the QuikTrip at 4795 S. Yale alerted police to a meth lab that had been thrown away outside the store.

Tulsa Police responded to the scene Saturday morning after the convenience store employee noticed something unusual in a trash can by one of the gas pumps. There were bottles, hoses and other items that police positively identified as components of a meth lab.

A member of the Tulsa Police Hazmat team cleaned up the meth lab, and there was no harm to any customers. There are no suspects at this time, according to police.

Tulsa Fire Department assisted police in the call.
