UNDATED -- A nationwide egg recall following an outbreak of salmonella has now been extended to Oklahoma.
The eggs are coming from a Wright County Egg facility in Iowa and the salmonella is found in the egg shells.
380 million eggs have been recalled since May 16th in seventeen states.
Here is a list of the original brands affected:
Julian dates: 136 - 229 Plant numbers: 1026, 1413, 1720, 1942, 1946
The eggs are in six, twelve and eighteen carton sizes.
Wright County Egg is fully cooperating with FDA's investigation by undertaking this voluntary recall.
Consumers who believe they may have purchased these eggs should not eat them but should return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund.
