Two Tulsans Sentenced To Prison Over Attempted Kidnapping Of 3-Year-Old Boy

TULSA, OK -- Two Tulsa men are headed to prison for five years after being sentenced Friday for the attempted kidnapping of a 3-year-old boy last month in Tulsa's Maple Park.

Gary Keefer, 44, and Mitchell Keith, 42, were both found guilty after pleading no contest to two counts each of attempted kidnapping.  The five-year sentences on each count will be served concurrently.

The sentencing took place Friday morning in a Tulsa County courtroom.

The incident happened on Monday, July 12th, 2010 at Maple Park which is located near 15th and Detroit.
