HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS -- A second person of interest in connection with a fatal shooting near a Tulsa taco stand is behind bars.
Roberto Urquiza, 33, is being held on a murder charge in the Tulsa County Jail.
The shooting happened near a taco stand at the Quik Mart at 41st Street near 109th East Avenue on November 2. The victim, 20-year-old Erik Victorino, was shot in the back.
In June, the Tulsa Police Department received a Crime Stoppers tip in regards to Urquiza's whereabouts, in a jail in Harris County. Urquiza was in jail under a different name and birth date, according to police.
Police say fingerprints confirmed the man in custody in Texas was Urquiza.
Another person of interest, 31-year-old Luis Alberto Mendoza, was arrested in November in Missouri.
