TULSA, OK -- Pro bull riders might have a reputation for being rough and tough, but Ryan McConnell is bucking that notion.
The Oklahoma pro stopped by the Children's Hospital at Saint Francis Wednesday visiting with families and handing out stuffed animals to the youngest patients.
McConnell is ranked sixth in the Built Ford Tough series and twice represented the United States in the PBR World Cup, including the ride that clinched the victory for AmericA in 2009.
"To be at the level that I am now, and to be able to go and do this and visit places like this, it's an amazing experience and something I'll hold for the rest of my life," said Ryan McConnell, professional bull rider.
The Built Ford Tough series returns to action at the BOK Center this weekend, and you can tune into Six in The Morning on Friday to hear more from McConnell.
