TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting into a house in North Tulsa overnight Friday. Officers say someone shot over 20 rounds from a rifle into a home on North Johnstown  Avenue at about 1 a.m.

A woman, her daughter and a great grandchild were inside, but none were hit.

"The grandmother was out in the kitchen," said Tulsa Police Sergeant Robert Rohloff. "Three of the rounds went through the front door and went through the front wall and embedded themselves in the back of the refrigerator while she was in the kitchen."

Every front bedroom window had been shot as well.

Police aren't sure what led to the shooting but are looking into the possibility of gang activity.

If you have any information that can help police, call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
