TULSA, OK – The results of a straw poll sponsored by one of Tulsa's Tea Party groups were released Wednesday.
And if the outcome is any indication, the race for Oklahoma's First Congressional District is a tight one.
John Sullivan picked up 33% of the vote. His nearest challenger, Nathan Dahm, picked up 31%.
Participants cast their ballots last night at a town hall meeting where they heard from Representative John Sullivan. The four-term Congressman is facing five Republican challengers, many claiming Tea Party ties.
The voters have their say in the primary election on July 27th.
