TULSA, OK -- The Tulsa Police Department has made an arrest Wednesday afternoon in a deadly stabbing at a Tulsa taco stand.

The Tulsa Police Fugitive Squad and Detectives arrested Marcelo Robledo-Perez for the homicide of Antero Rodriquez Moreles.

Tulsa Police found the suspect at an apartment complex near 4200 South 109 East Avenue. Police say he was taken into custody without incident.

On Monday, police say witnesses reported they saw Marcelo Robledo-Perez stab Antero Rodriquez Moreles while at a Taco stand at 11600 East 21st Street. Moreles died as a result of the wounds. Police say Perez fled the scene in a Black Ford Expedition. A Tulsa County Judge issued a murder warrant for Perez on Tuesday.
