SAPULPA, OK -- A 21-year-old Tulsa man is scheduled to be in a Creek County court on Wednesday to answer allegations that he had sex with a 13-year-old girl after meeting her on the Internet.
Detectives say John Swyden admitted to chatting with the young girl on MySpace last fall, then meeting her in person and having sex with her twice.
The girl claims part of their encounters were forced, but Swyden denies those accusations.
Tulsa Police say while Swyden was out on bond following his arrest concerning the 13-year-old, Swyden had sex with two young Tulsa sisters.
Police say Swyden met the 12 and 14-year-old girls on Facebook.
Investigators say the girls' father noticed some strange conversations on their computer and called Tulsa Police.
In the Tulsa case, Swyden was arrested on complaints of lewd molestation, forcible sodomy and second-degree rape with a female under 16.
