Oral Roberts University Sells Former Presidential Estate

TULSA, OK – Oral Roberts University has sold its former presidential estate located next to the university, according to a press release from the school Thursday.

The property sold for $1.55 million.  It had six houses on it and covered nine acres.

"The sale of this property is yet another milestone in the new ORU," said Dr. Mark Rutland, President of ORU.  "I am excited about the future of the university and believe the best is yet to come."

The sale comes as Dr. Rutland celebrates his one-year anniversary as president of ORU.
