Tulsa Police Identity Driver In Fatal IDL Accident

TULSA, OK -- One man is dead after an accident Thursday morning on the Inner Dispersal Loop, according to the Tulsa Police Department.

It happened at about 2:15 a.m.

Officers have identified the driver as 40-year-old Jose Martinez of Sapulpa.

Officers say Martinez was driving a pickup when he lost control and hit a concrete wall on the ramp connecting Highway 75 from the Sand Springs Expressway.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
