Tulsa Driver Crashes Into Tanker Truck

TULSA, OK -- A driver was hospitalized Friday morning after his car struck a tanker trailer at 21st Street and Yukon Avenue in Tulsa.

Just before 6 a.m., a man driving a Honda CRV was westbound on 21st and turned left onto Yukon Avenue, crashing into the middle of an empty tanker trailer. The Honda was dragged for a short distance after striking the truck.

EMSA paramedics transported the Honda driver to a local hospital in serious condition with internal injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
