One Person Injured In Creek County Head-On Collision

CREEK COUNTY – One person was taken to the hospital after a crash on Highway 117 near Sapulpa Tuesday evening.  It happened just after 8 p.m.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a car was traveling eastbound when the driver crossed the center line and hit a Chevy truck head-on.

Two people inside the pickup truck were treated for injuries at the scene, but were not taken to the hospital. The man inside the car was transported by Lifelight to a Tulsa hospital.

Witnesses told troopers the man was driving erratically moments before the crash.  There is no word what caused him to cross the center line.
