TULSA, OK – Public Service Company of Oklahoma is lowering its rates but it doesn't mean your bill will go down.
The power company is paying less for natural gas. That means it costs less to make the electricity.
They're passing along that discount at the same time they switch to their higher-summer rates. The average bill goes up $6 every summer.
Because of the discount, PSO says that jump will be more like $4.
