Another Charge Filed Against Former Tulsa School Administrator

TULSA, OK – The Tulsa County District Attorney's office filed a fifth charge against former Skelly Elementary School administrator Robert Yerton on Monday.

Yerton now faces another count of lewd molestation.

He was booked back into jail Monday evening on $500,000 bond. 

Tulsa Police investigators say a young boy says Yerton molested him back in 2001.

He was seven-years-old at the time and a student at Tulsa's Disney Elementary School.  Investigators say the boy told them it happened in a school bathroom.

Three other boys have already accused the suspended administrator of sexual misconduct.

Yerton, 41, now faces three counts of lewd molestation and two counts of child sexual abuse.

Yerton had been released from the Tulsa County Jail last week on $150,000 bond.
