More Transport Workers Union Members Reach Agreement With American Airlines

TULSA, OK -- More American Airlines employees have tentatively reached a new deal for their pay and benefits.

The airline says members of the Transport Workers Union who are part of the group that keeps track of inventory at maintenance bases have reached a tentative agreement that covers pay, future raises and days off for vacation, holidays and sick leave.

Maintenance and related TWU members reached a similar deal earlier this week.

Both groups still have to approve the agreements.
