Burning Cigarette May Be To Blame For Sapulpa Apartment Fire

SAPULPA, OK -- Sapulpa firefighters say a burning cigarette may be the cause of an apartment fire late Sunday morning. 

The fire broke out just after eleven o'clock at the Woodhaven Apartments at 919 South Mission Street. 

Most of the flames spread to the outside of the complex as the wood shingles caught fire. 

No one was hurt in the fire and one family got assistance from the Red Cross to find temporary housing.
