TULSA, OK -- A Stillwater man is now charged in the Christmas Eve crash that killed a Sand Springs family.

Prosecutors say Steven Jameson crashed his Hummer head-on into a car on Highway 51. The family of three inside the car died.

Michael Mulanax, 42; his wife Angela, 41, and their son James Mulanax, 18, were killed on Highway 51 just west of the intersection with State Highway 97.  Jameson reportedly told police he had looked at his dog in the back seat of the vehicle and look up to find he had crossed the center line into oncoming traffic.

Jameson is charged with three counts of first-degree manslaughter, drug possession and driving without a license.

He has a bond hearing Monday afternoon.
