TULSA, OK -- There are new developments in the murder case against Francisco "Frank" Torres.
A judge found him guilty in the beating death of 89-year-old Roland Buck. Buck was found bound and beaten in his home in November 2008. Investigators say he had been dead several days.
Torres was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. He'll have to serve at least 38-years behind bars before he's eligible for parole.
Another man, William Nichols, also pleaded no contest to second-degree murder. He's scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday.
