UNDATED -- Fire destroyed two homes early Friday morning, one in Tulsa and the other in Skiatook.
Tulsa firefighters were dispatched to a home at Marshal and Frankfort shortly before 1:30 a.m.
Firefighters say flames were shooting from the roof when they arrived.
Neighbors told firefighters no one had been living in the home for the past two weeks and no one was hurt.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
About an hour and a half later, Skiatook firefighters were sent to a rural Skiatook home where the home and a separate building were on fire.
A neighbor had called the fire department, but by the time firefighters arrived at the scene about four miles north on state Highway 20 on Lombard Lane it was already burned to the ground.
Skiatook Fire says its investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
The home was for sale and no one was home at the time.
