TULSA, OK -- Tulsa police arrest a man after a high-speed chase overnight.
Officers spotted the car speeding down east Admiral just before midnight Wednesday and gave chase.
The car went through an intersection before making a U-turn and heading back west on Admiral.
When police tried to stop the driver, they say he kept going, running a red light at Admiral and Memorial at about 90 miles an hour.
Police say the driver then lost control of his car and crashed into a concrete block, a fire hydrant and utility pole, destroying the car.
The unidentified driver complained of back pain and was taken to a Tulsa hospital to be checked out. He was then arrested.
Nobody else was injured in the crash.
